- Job Description This position is responsible for providing technical support for COTS (Custom Off the Shelf) packages for the Management and Budget side of client.
Key Responsibilities Perform system administrator assignments including but not limited to installing systems and application components and configuring them on Windows and Linux environments Gather and document requirements, researching and presenting options, analyzing and recommending solutions for both ongoing application changes and new efforts Ensure application and infrastructure security following Federal, State and industry standards Collaborate with vendors, customers, and other technical areas to understand and execute projects and changes timely Maintain various COTS applications and help configure changes as required for some SAAS products Required Tools and Technologies This position is expected to be proficient and knowledgeable with the following tools and technologies: Windows Server administration (2016 and later) RHEL 7.0 and above Cloud Infrastructure Azure/AWS/GCP Tomcat
