Job Description
Learning Management System (LMS)
Review, update, and maintain LMS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Provide technical support to LMS administrators and training stakeholders across North America.
Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and LMS administrator training programs.
Support course updates and content development using Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline).Track and manage mandatory employee training completion and access rates.
Develop reporting processes and training materials related to LMS performance metrics.
Support Badge Attendance App/Event Tracker activities, training documentation, and instructional videos. QualificationsExperience with Learning Management System administration, preferably Cornerstone LMS.Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline).Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
