We're hiring a Desktop System Administrator to be the go-to person for hands-on IT support — keeping our end users, hardware, and systems running smoothly every day. What You'll Do Provide second-level troubleshooting for hardware and software issues Install, configure, and support laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and video conferencing equipment Image and deploy machines using SCCM/Symantec Ghost Support specialized engineering software (AutoCAD, UG, CATIA, Solidworks, etc.) Set up new equipment, network print queues, and user workstations Troubleshoot and patch corporate software applications Track and resolve issues through our ticketing system Manage IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors and other IT teams What We're Looking For 3+ years of IT/computer support experience — or a degree in IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems (new grads welcome to apply!)
