Job Description

The Quality Systems Specialist supports administrative tasks, document maintenance, communication, regulatory program, and quality assurance audit support. This role helps ensure quality-related records and processes are accurate, organized, and completed on time.
Essential Responsibilities:
Support Food Safety, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs teams by coordinating meetings, and managing corporate Quality Assurance SOPs. Maintain corporate documents requests, policies, specifications, Quality Assurance archives, and quality team scorecard reporting. Manage customer requests, department portal content, frequently asked questions, and audit document support. Support Kosher, Halal, Organic, Gluten Free, and Non-GMO product claim programs. Track quality documents requests in HubSpot, report monthly metrics, and work with corporate quality managers to complete requests and responses on time. Request and manage product Safety Data Sheet documents.Position Qualifications:
Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality system support. Working knowledge of FDA nutrition and standards of identity regulations. The salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $80,0000.00 USD based on experience. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to education, skill set and depth of experience. Actus Nutrition is an equal opportunity employer.
