Administer and troubleshoot VMware vSphere, ESXi, Hyper-V, and virtual machine environments. Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, domain replication, and Windows Server infrastructure. Support Meraki and Cisco networking environments, including firewalls, VPN connectivity, switches, and wireless systems. Administer Microsoft 365 and related cloud services. Maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions. Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues before they impact operations. Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, deployments, and maintenance projects. Maintain thorough technical documentation and system records. User Support & Technology Services Provide end-user support for plant and office employees across the organization. Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, ERP, and business application issues. Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, label printers, and manufacturing technology. Partner with users to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Assist with user training and technology adoption initiatives. Collaborate with the broader IT team to resolve complex technical challenges. Business Systems, Reporting & Analytics Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Crystal Reports, SQL queries, dashboards, and reporting tools. Work directly with business users to improve reporting visibility and access to critical information. Support data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. Improve reporting consistency, data quality, and information accessibility across departments. Help leadership teams gain better visibility into operations through reporting and analytics. ERP & Business Applications Support the company's ERP system and related business applications. Assist users with workflows, troubleshooting, reporting, and process improvements. Participate in ERP upgrades, testing, enhancements, training, and implementation projects. Identify opportunities to improve user adoption and overall system effectiveness. Support integrations between ERP, reporting, and business systems. Automation & Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency. Develop PowerShell scripts and automation solutions. Evaluate business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements. Help reduce manual effort through workflow enhancements and system optimization. Research emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools, and recommend practical solutions that improve productivity. Share best practices and technology recommendations across Commercial Plastics locations. Cybersecurity & Compliance Support cybersecurity initiatives, patch management, access controls, and security monitoring. Identify and communicate technology risks and vulnerabilities. Support disaster recovery planning, compliance initiatives, audits, and security reviews. Help maintain a secure, reliable, and compliant technology environment.
