Job Summary:
This position is part of the System Operations team within Client Services and is responsible for supporting and administering the Dotti platform following customer onboarding. The position manages customer data, system configurations, Dotti Shop functionality, and multi-location distribution programs to ensure operational accuracy and scalability. This role supports custom and variable-data solutions, kit configuration management, platform enhancements, and system testing while partnering closely with Production and cross-functional teams to align technology, order intake, manufacturing, fulfillment, and distribution requirements.
Job Description:
Support and administer the Dotti platform following customer onboarding, ensuring accurate setup, maintenance, and alignment with Client Services processes. Manage all client database components, including locations, products, profiles, budgets, searches, attributes, brands, and related system configurations. Configure and maintain Dotti Shop functionality, including catalogs, categories, offers, pricing structures, discounts, customizable items, and variable-data solutions. Manage user access, roles, permissions, settings, and media assets to ensure effective platform governance and customer support. Test system releases, validate functionality, and implement new platform features and enhancements. Support large-scale customer programs, including multi-location distributions, custom kit configurations, and location-specific pack-outs. Partner with Production, Scheduling, Kit Engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure technology setup supports manufacturing, fulfillment, and distribution requirements. Translate customer data and business requirements into scalable workflows that support order intake, production execution, and operational efficiency. Resolve customer, system, data, and production issues through effective problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration. Communicate program status, requirements, timelines, and solutions to internal stakeholders and customer contacts. Maintain a high level of accuracy, accountability, urgency, and customer focus while managing platform-driven programs and processes.

Minimum Qualifications of Position:
Bachelor's degree in business, graphic communications, or related area of study 5 years of Account Management experience 3+ years of experience working in print, direct mail and/or signage.
Preferred Qualifications of Position:
Experience in digital and litho print production is preferred PMP helpful
