Job Description Position Summary Serves as a technical expert in designing, implementing, and optimizing diagnostic capabilities and troubleshooting methodologies for C2ISR Data Transport Infrastructure network challenges. Leads complex end-to-end infrastructure testing and connectivity verification efforts for critical global transport systems. Requires TS/SCI clearance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serves as a lead technical expert in designing, implementing, and optimizing diagnostic capabilities and troubleshooting methodologies for C2ISR Data Transport Infrastructure network challenges. Leads complex end-to-end infrastructure testing and connectivity verification efforts for critical global transport systems, providing expert analysis and problem resolution. Architects and deploys advanced technical diagnostic strategies to identify, analyze, and resolve systemic complex network performance issues across global transport systems, ensuring continuous operational effectiveness. Develops and implements comprehensive proactive monitoring and predictive troubleshooting methodologies for entire network environments, ensuring robust network stability and minimal communication disruptions. Is COOP trained and provides expert guidance and coordination for pushing out routing configurations and resolving complex issues with DISA OSC and USSOCOM SATOPS-ISR, acting as a primary technical liaison. Mentors junior and journeyman network administrators on advanced diagnostic techniques, complex troubleshooting, and best practices for supporting C2ISR mission-critical networks. Functions as a technical expert across multiple high-impact network troubleshooting assignments, guiding problem resolution and shaping strategies for minimizing communication disruptions. Independently performs end-to-end infrastructure testing and connectivity verification for complex network paths, diagnosing issues across various layers (physical, data link, network). Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Active TS/SCI security clearance required Senior or Journeyman level experience in network administration Must complete DoD-approved IA baseline certification for
ADP-III/IT-III

Intermediate Proficiency with SolarWinds, packet analyzers, SNMP, and command-line diagnostics Experience with packet capture analysis (e.g., Wireshark) Knowledge of Service Desk ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy) Experience with network diagramming software (Visio, Lucidchart) Knowledge of cabling and installation tools (fiber termination kits, copper testers)Desired Requirements:
Experience with EAGLEVision portal and Microsoft Power Platform Knowledge of MS Project and Primavera Experience with Archer GRC and eMASS internal audit portals Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, and predictive analytics engines Experience coordinating with DISA OSC andUSSOCOM SATOPS-ISR
