Description and Requirements Lenovo is seeking a highly skilled Solutions & Services Specialist in our Software business to support the growth of its Lenovo Security Services offering, delivered in partnership with Microsoft, Absolute & SentinelOne. Lenovo Security Services combines device rooted security, expert led services, and an AI enhanced global SOC into one unified, end-to-end offering. Underpinned by the Lenovo Cyber Resiliency Framework, it protects every layer from device to cloud and AI while remaining vendor agnostic and globally compliant. This simplified single contract model reduces complexity, closes skills gaps, and helps customers achieve total cyber resiliency from pocket to cloud, delivered through Lenovo's differentiated end to end Cyber Resiliency as a Service (CRaaS) approach. This role is a critical bridge between sales, customers, and technical delivery—focused on designing, positioning, and validating Lenovo Security Services underpinned by the Cyber Resiliency Framework. You will work closely with account executives, channel partners, and customers to translate complex security requirements into scalable, outcome-driven solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep cybersecurity expertise with strong customer-facing skills and experience supporting both direct and channel-driven sales motions. Key Responsibilities Serve as the sales & technical lead in the sales process for Lenovo's Security Service offering. Each Sales manager carries a Security Service quota. Partner with account executives and channel partners (including distributors and Managed Service Providers) to support opportunity development and closure. Conduct discovery sessions to assess customer security posture, risks, and requirements. Design and present tailored Security solutions leveraging AI-powered technologies and managed services. Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements in collaboration with Microsoft, Absolute or SentinelOne and our MSPs. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, articulating how AI-driven security can mitigate modern threats. Support RFP/RFI responses and contribute to solution architecture documentation. Enable and train channel partners on Lenovo's cybersecurity solutions and value propositions. Provide feedback to product and services teams based on customer and partner insights. Stay current on emerging cybersecurity threats, AI-driven attack vectors, and industry trends. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security solutions, or technical presales roles Preferred Qualifications Proven experience supporting enterprise customers with security architectures and managed services Strong understanding of endpoint, network, and cloud security concepts Experience working with or selling solutions from providers such as Microsoft, SentinelOne, Absolute, or similar Ability to translate technical requirements into business-focused solutions and outcomes Hands-on experience with managed security services (MSSP) or Security Operations Center (SOC) environments Familiarity with AI-driven security technologies, threat detection, and automation Experience working in a channel ecosystem, including distributors and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Security+, Microsoft Security certifications) Experience supporting RFP/RFI responses and creating solution architectures Knowledge of global security frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management practices We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.Additional Locations :
