Job Description

At Copiers Plus the 'Plus' stands for Service. The service department plays an essential role in meeting this goal. Excellent service is required to retain existing clients and attract new clients in the Fayetteville, Raleigh, Greensboro, Wilmington, and Asheville markets. To that extent, the Solutions Support Technician works closely with the Service Manager and Sales teams to ensure all clients receive the highest level of professional service. This is done, in part, through effective management of our solutions support, delivered to our clients proficiently, effectively, and expeditiously.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a high level of professional relationships with our customers and fellow employees. Provide technical service call support as needed in a timely and professional manner. Provide a high level of support throughout the solution process including pre installation assessment meetings, installation, implementation training and follow through. Perform full range of on-site maintenance and repairs. Follow proper total service call procedures to make sure the equipment is running as expected. Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues using strong analytical skills. Maintain, manage, and protect parts, car stock, company tools and other assigned assets. Provide internal and external training on printing, scanning, applications, and solutions. Become a subject matter expert on regularly sold applications and solutions.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma with a proven work history (in a related field preferred) and a minimum computer skillset. Some network training or electromechanical experience is required. Kyocera training is a plus. Highly motivated and takes initiative. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Flexible and comfortable working in a fluid environment. Ability to lift 50 Lbs Valid and clear DL. Background and drug test screening.
