We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to support and demonstrate excellence to our Merrimack production workforce. As a System Administrator SR, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Responsibilities:
Daily management of the ServiceNow dashboard Providing clear communication during and after troubleshooting incident tickets Ensuring quick resolution times for incidents and requests through the facility Collaborating with other BAE IT groups to ensure IT assets meet security compliance standards Serving as an escalation point for other System Administrators Leading projects, initiatives, or audits from an IT perspective to ensure a positive outcome for the stakeholders that is on time and on budget. This will include involving other required IT teams, vendors, etc. Creating, deploying, and maintaining server infrastructure Creating and maintaining documentation Demonstrate a leadership mentality while being ready and able to fill in temporarily for a people-leader if the need arises Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in an area that may be required by your manager to fill out an area of weakness in the team. Demonstrate ability to work with stakeholders, especially engineering and vendors, to ensure all test stands and production equipment is working as expected, delivering excellent IT service.

System Administrators Required Education, Experience, & Skills Requirements:
Typically High School Diploma with 8+ years experience or equivalent experience CompTIA Security+ Certification Leadership capabilities
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience or equivalent experience Microsoft Active Directory Server Virtualization and Management Backup Infrastructure Management Networking Fundamentals (VLANs, Protocols, IPv4 Configurations) Experience with a wide range of Windows OSs (Windows 98 to Windows 11) Windows PowerShell Scripting experience
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
$97008 - $164914 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
