Job Description
We are looking for an IT Administrator to support escalation and day-to-day IT operations for a regulatory environment in East Windsor, New Jersey. This Contract to Hire position focuses on delivering dependable technical support across end-user systems, network-connected devices, and core site technology services. The ideal candidate will combine strong troubleshooting ability with hands-on experience in infrastructure support, user account administration, and service request management.
Manage ticket queue, including prioritization, resolution, documentation, and escalation.
Perform PC imaging, deployment, software installation, and SCCM-based patching and software distribution.
Support Active Directory user accounts, printers, peripherals, and Microsoft 365 applications.
Monitor Veeam backups, perform tape rotations, and assist with basic recovery procedures.
Support local IT infrastructure, including Windows servers, Cisco switches, network connectivity, and Check Point firewalls.
Maintain asset inventory and technical documentation.
Responsibilities:
