Job Description
Position Summary Provides full-spectrum Information Technology and Financial Systems support. Performs both Computer Systems Administration and Financial Systems Application Administration duties to ensure uninterrupted daily operations and long-term system viability. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Computer Systems Administration Install, configure, and maintain approximately 55 government workstations, monitors, printers, scanners, and peripherals in accordance with AFNETOPS and local Communications Unit guidance. Apply Standard Desktop Configuration (SDC)/Federal Desktop Computer Configuration (FDCC), security patches, and configuration changes. Serve as Unit Information Technology Asset Manager (ITAM) and Equipment Custodian; maintain accurate inventory, hand receipts, and excess equipment disposal. Serve as Information Assurance Officer (IAO) and Cyber Workforce Personnel (CWP) liaison; open/track Remedy and IAO Express tickets; administer Active Directory via Directory Resource Administrator (DRA). Serve as Telephone Control Operator (TCO) for VoIP troubleshooting and ticket submission. Administer AF Portal and SharePoint content. Provide limited one-on-one Microsoft Office, Windows, Power BI, and telework tool training. Maintain printer consumables inventory and initiate vendor support calls under warranty. Provide hardware/software acquisition recommendations and monthly status reporting. - Financial Systems Application Administration Install, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot Comptroller-specific financial applications (including but not limited to
