We are seeking a hands-on, solutions-oriented Information Technology Generalist to support and improve the technology environment across our third-party logistics operations. This role will serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day IT support while also contributing to infrastructure, systems administration, applications, and technology projects. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across a broad range of IT functions and understands that technology in a logistics environment directly impacts warehouse operations, transportation, customer service, and overall business performance. You will work closely with employees at all levels, warehouse and operations teams, management, vendors, and technology partners to ensure our systems are reliable, secure, and effective.   • Provide timely technical support to employees across corporate, warehouse, and operational environments.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, connectivity, printing, and application issues.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, scanners, printers, monitors, and other IT equipment.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, password resets, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Support Microsoft 365 and other business productivity applications.
  • Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset records, user information, and support procedures.
  • Manage and prioritize support requests through the company's ticketing or service management system.
  • Provide clear, professional communication to users throughout the resolution process. Infrastructure & Systems Administration
  • Assist with the administration and maintenance of servers, networks, wireless infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, and related IT systems.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and connectivity and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Support Windows-based environments, cloud services, SaaS applications, and related infrastructure.
  • Assist with network connectivity and technology deployments across warehouses, offices, and other operating locations.
  • Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
  • Participate in system upgrades, hardware refreshes, software deployments, and technology implementations. Logistics & Warehouse Technology
  • Support technology critical to 3PL operations, including warehouse management systems (WMS), shipping platforms, barcode scanners, label printers, RF devices, and related equipment.
  • Partner with operations teams to troubleshoot technology issues that could affect warehouse productivity, order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, transportation, or customer service.
  • Assist with integrations between operational systems and third-party applications.
  • Help evaluate and implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Provide IT support during system implementations, warehouse launches, relocations, and other operational projects. Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5+ years of broad IT experience in a systems administration, IT support, infrastructure, or IT generalist role.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, networking, and user-access issues.
  • Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
  • Working knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and firewalls.
  • Experience with user and access administration, including Active Directory and/or Entra ID.
  • Familiarity with endpoint management, security tools, backups, and system monitoring.
  • Experience supporting business applications and working with third-party technology vendors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate complex issues. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in third-party logistics, warehousing, distribution, transportation, or supply chain environments.
  • Experience supporting WMS, ERP, EDI, shipping, inventory, or warehouse automation systems.
  • Familiarity with RF scanners, mobile computers, barcode technology, label printing, and warehouse networking.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
  • Experience with PowerShell, scripting, automation, or other tools used to streamline IT operations.
  • Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing platforms.
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft certifications, CCNA, ITIL, or equivalent. Key Skills & Attributes The successful candidate will be:

Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
