Application System Administrator FT The Arc of Monroe - 3.3 Rochester, NY Job Details Full-time $65,000 - $75,000 a year 8 hours ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Full Job Description The Application System Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, security, integration, optimization, and ongoing support of The Arc of Monroe's enterprise business applications, including the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Electronic Health Record (EHR), and other agency-supported software platforms. Working closely with business leaders, application vendors, and the Managed IT Services Provider (MSP), this position ensures Application Systems are reliable, secure, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. The Administrator serves as a primary technical and functional subject matter expert for assigned systems, leading configuration, testing, release management, process improvement, documentation, and user adoption initiatives. Minimum Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in information technology, MIS, or related field, plus five years relevant experience supporting an Electronic Health Record (EHR) and / or Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Licensure/Certification Must have access to timely and reliable transportation to transport self to multiple sites. The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, internal equity, and location.
