You will be the face and voice of CETech—handling incoming requests via phone, email, and chat, while delivering a "Wow" customer experience. While centered in our Rochester office, this role occasionally involves local on-site client visits across the Rochester, Buffalo, and Syracuse areas. A company vehicle is provided for all work-related travel.
Key Responsibilities Front-Line Support:
Triage, diagnose, and resolve Tier 1 technical issues via phone, email, chat, and remote desktop tools.
Systems Administration:
Assist with user onboarding/offboarding, password resets, permissions management, and software deployment in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory/Entra ID and Google environments.
Hardware & Network Triage:
Troubleshoot desktop hardware, workstations, peripherals, basic local network issues (Wi-Fi, routers, switches), and printer configurations. On-Site Dispatch (Occasional): Travel to client sites within Western NY using the company car for hardware setups, cable management, or hands-on troubleshooting.
Documentation & Ticket Management:

Position Requirements Experience:
1+ years of experience in an IT helpdesk, service desk, or MSP environment (or equivalent hands-on technical education/certifications).
