Corporate Coffee Systems is growing, and we're looking for a Service Bench Technician to join our Technical Operations team. Based in Westbury, NY, Corporate Coffee Systems is a leading provider of coffee, micro markets, pantry services, beverages, and workplace refreshment solutions throughout the New York metropolitan and Tri-State area. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and take pride in getting things working the way they should, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair coffee, beverage dispensing, and vending equipment.
• Inspect returned equipment and determine the repairs or maintenance needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance, cleaning, testing, and general equipment repairs.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Read and interpret equipment schematics and technical documentation.
• Test repaired equipment to ensure it is operating properly before returning it to service.
• Prepare new and refurbished equipment for installation.
• Assist with parts identification, parts orders, and service preparation.
• Provide technical support to field service technicians as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bench and work area. What We're Looking For
• Hands-on mechanical or equipment repair experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read schematics and follow technical procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn our equipment and product lines.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, and carrying.
• Experience with coffee, beverage, vending, appliance, HVAC, or similar equipment is a plus. Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM What We Offer
