This position provides hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and systems management. This role offers

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Assist in troubleshooting IT problems and resolving user issues. Help maintain and update IT documentation and inventory records. Support the IT team with system upgrades, installations, and configurations. Ensure security best practices are followed for company systems and data. Collaborate with other departments to improve IT efficiency. Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned. Assist on-Site locations (within Ohio) occasionally
Qualifications:
1-2 years of IT System Administration (Industry not required) Basic knowledge of Windows and iOS and iPad OS operating systems. Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Organizational skills are a must for success in this role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. Reliable and responsible.
