Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm PST Job Responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade network, server, storage, telecommunications, and infrastructure systems across multiple locations. Respond to outages, escalated support incidents, and infrastructure-related service requests. Administer Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, virtualization, network, security, backup, and access management systems. Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, wireless devices, and VoIP systems. Monitor infrastructure systems and troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and availability issues. Implement infrastructure improvements, upgrades, patches, automation, and security controls. Create and maintain system documentation, network diagrams, configurations, procedures, and incident records. Support infrastructure projects, vendor coordination, change management, and capacity planning. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and escalation support for complex IT issues. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to maintain reliable, secure, and effective technology operations. Requirements Experience administering IT infrastructure within a complex enterprise environment. Strong hands-on experience with network troubleshooting, servers, virtualization, and security technologies. Experience designing, implementing, documenting, and supporting infrastructure upgrades and configurations. Experience with Windows and Linux server administration. Experience with Active Directory and enterprise systems management. Knowledge of virtualization platforms and virtual server management tools.
