We are seeking a SharePoint Administrator to provide site-level support for the DoW
COOP/COG
SharePoint portal under the direction of the Application Management SME (PD-06). Maintains portal content and permissions, supports workflow automation and migrations, and provides Tier II troubleshooting to sustain the portal as an essential continuity capability. Work location is onsite at Raven Rock Mountain Complex, PA. To be considered, you must reside within a commutable distance and have an active Secret clearance with the ability to upgrade to Top Secret/SCI.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain SharePoint site content, permissions, and structure for the DoW
COOP/COG
Portal at the assigned site. Support the design, testing, and maintenance of automated workflows built with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Teams integration. Provide Tier II support - coordinate, report, track, and assist troubleshooting - and facilitate Tier III service calls with
DISA/DEOS.
Support content migrations, lifecycle management, and archiving to SharePoint Online. Update readiness-status content and ERG check-in information within the portal during exercises and activations. Provide user support and assist in maintaining user guides and training materials to increase adoption. Contribute to AARs and provide inputs to meeting minutes and ITSCM updates.
Minimum Requirements:
Working knowledge of SharePoint Online/on-premises administration, including site collections, permissions, and content management. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Teams integration. Continuity operations awareness in an IT environment comparable in scope to this order. Effective oral and written communication and the ability to support users and document procedures. 1+ years of work-related experience with similar responsibilities and tools is preferred.
Education and Certification Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in relevant technical discipline; and seven (7) documented experience relevant to SharePoint/portal administration. DoW 8570.01-M / DoW 8140 (IAT/IAM as applicable) certification in place prior to start of the order.
Clearance Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship. Secret minimum; Top Secret/SCI as required by portal environment and site access.
