Includes investigating and diagnosing network problems, configuring and installing updates. Provides first line IT help, sets up new users and manages security, passwords and backups. May collect IT usage statistics and monitor IT usage of business employees.

Job Description
Rate Range:
$18/hr. to $20/hr. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. IT Technician/Jr.Admin responsibilities include:
- Submit and track move, add, and change
- Execute documentation audits and remediation efforts
- Maintain operational records and task tracking
- Provide administrative "hands-and-feet" support
- Deliver departmental Tier 1 application support
- Perform Tier 1 ticket triage and fulfillment
- Escalate issues to appropriate technical resources as needed
- Support preventative maintenance initiatives
- Assist with compliance-related activities
- Contribute to documentation and process improvement efforts
- Support knowledge management and cross-training initiatives
- Login into servers, network devices, and software to perform: Configuration, Backups, Firmware updates, Software updates, Create backup configuration files, Software installation and Documentation
Will Configure & Troubleshoot Network:
Devices, Servers, Client Application, Application specific workstations- Point of contact for dedicated systems, servers, applications, and software.
- Collaborate with CP&M departments with creating
SOPs & Process Documents Desired Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in a related field is required.
- Minimum Two years related experience.
- Familiarity with Service Now Requests and intake
- Must have familiarity with Infoblox, Asset Management
