Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Windows Systems Administrator with strong hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Windows desktops and servers in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of Windows Systems Administration / IT support experience , with hands-on knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, software deployment, patching, OS upgrades, and hardware refreshes . The role will also provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support, ticket management, access provisioning, and troubleshooting for end users.
Responsibilities:
Support and maintain Microsoft Windows 10/11 workstations and Windows Servers . Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems. Perform workstation refreshes, hardware replacements, and operating system upgrades . Deploy, upgrade, configure, and troubleshoot business applications and software packages. Create, modify, and maintain Active Directory user and computer accounts . Support access provisioning and account-related activities. Perform basic Group Policy administration and troubleshooting. Monitor and manage incidents, service requests, and problems through the ITSM/ticketing platform . Perform ticket triage and prioritize work based on service levels. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-user support for hardware, software, and operating system issues. Troubleshoot Windows, application, hardware, and user access issues. Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and support procedures. Communicate effectively with end users and technical teams to resolve issues.
Must Have:
2-5 years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments. Strong experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server . Hands-on experience with Active Directory user and computer administration . Working knowledge of Group Policy . Experience with Windows patching, installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting . Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems, ticket triage, incident and service request management . Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
