Job Description

Service Technician Manager Opening! The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating service technicians, managing repair workflows, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent communication with customers, vendors, and internal staff. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the daily activities of service technicians in the field Schedule and coordinate technician assignments to ensure efficient service coverage Research, order, purchase, and receive parts required for equipment repairs and maintenance Prepare customer repair quotes and process service-related order entry Maintain accurate service records and ensure all paperwork is completed and uploaded into the system for billing purposes Track and manage inventory of repair parts and supplies Ensure all machine pickups and returns are properly tagged, documented, and processed in a timely manner Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and sales staff regarding service-related needs Assist with troubleshooting and support using basic knowledge of floor machines, warewash equipment, and vacuum systems Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Valid Driver's License required Previous experience in service management, dispatching, equipment repair coordination, or a related field preferred Basic knowledge of floor machines and vacuum systems. Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications

$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
