Hybrid schedule:

About 50% remote + 50% in the community.

Supportive team:

Weekly check-ins, collaboration, and responsive supervision. Top of HCBS market pay range: $47-50K starting salary + 401(k) match. What You'll Do Support participants in identifying goals and developing employment plans Connect clients with businesses for exploration, job shadowing, and hiring Coach participants through interviews, onboarding, and training Collaborate with employers, families, and service teams Complete required documentation and billing records accurately and on time Balance remote tasks with regular in-person meetings and worksite visits Schedule No evening or weekend work required.

Mon-Thu:

At least 6 hours between 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Fri:

At least 2 hours between 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Be available to prioritize client needs M-F 8:30 a.m - 4 p.m. Remaining hours flexible (early morning, evening, or weekend as preferred)

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$47,000 - $50,000 (Top of HCBS market range for employment specialists)

Holidays & PTO:

8 paid holidays + 9 PTO days first year (14 after Year 1)
