The Role:

What You'll Be Doing We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator who is ready to move beyond basic support and help us optimize complex environments. Solve & Optimize:

You'll maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize client IT systems, ensuring everything from backups to security is following best practices. Collaborate with the

CTO:

Work closely with the Office of the CTO to execute high-level client projects and provide proactive recommendations for environment improvements. Master the

Showcase your proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and M365. Improve the

Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues while documenting processes and procedures to ensure the whole team succeeds. What You Bring to the

Table Experience:

3+ years in IT systems administration, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or multi-tenant setting.

Tech Skills:

Deep proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and M365 is a must.
