Junior Systems Administrator:

Administer and support Active Directory environments, including user provisioning, group management, permissions, and account maintenance. Assist with the administration and maintenance of Windows Server environments and core infrastructure services. Support on-premises and hybrid infrastructure, ensuring system availability, performance, and reliability. Troubleshoot server, workstation, authentication, and infrastructure-related issues across the environment. Partner with network, security, and infrastructure teams to support day-to-day operations and ongoing technology initiatives. Assist with system upgrades, patching, deployments, and infrastructure improvement projects. Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system configurations. Junior Systems Administrator:

Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. 2+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support, Server Administration, or a related IT role. Strong experience with Active Directory, including account administration, permissions management, and Group Policy exposure. Experience supporting Windows Server environments and enterprise infrastructure. Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, or Exchange is highly preferred. Experience troubleshooting authentication, access, server, and infrastructure-related issues. Exposure to virtualization technologies, cloud platforms, or hybrid environments is a plus.
