Interview Process:

Web Cam or In-Person Key Position Highlights You will maintain local network infrastructure, handle telecommunications installations, and manage everyday telephony operations.

Top Required Skills Hardware & Cabling:

1-3 years installing/maintaining hardware, copper cabling, and voice jumpers.

Telephony & VoIP:

Experience troubleshooting analog lines, executing phone moves, and managing Cisco WebEx configurations (Kurmi).

Ticketing & Inventory:

1-3 years tracking assets, inventorying network switches, and managing ServiceNow tickets.

Troubleshooting:

Strong diagnostic skills for resolving network bottlenecks and technical issues.

Requirements Education:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Certification:

Certified Network Professional accreditation preferred.

Travel:

Ability to perform local onsite installations within a 50-mile radius of Denver.
