Duties Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the organization's LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks Administer servers, firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues proactively Handle user access management , permissions, and identity controls Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software system Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation Provide technical support to employees (desktop/laptop/printers/network issues) Ensure system updates, patching, and antivirus compliance Coordinate with external vendors for IT services and procurement
