High‑Impact Programs and Support Core Values Members First Ethical & Trustworthy Can‑Do, Results Driven Respect Others Passion for Being Great The Senior Business Systems Specialist plays a critical role in supporting and training Franchise Members on key business systems, including CoreBridge, QuickBooks, and Profit Mastery. This position ensures that Franchise Members are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and insights needed to manage their operations efficiently and profitably. Essential functions Management Information Systems (MIS) Responsible for providing comprehensive CoreBridge support to Franchise Members, focusing on training and onboarding, troubleshooting, and acting as a Franchise Member liaison with CoreBridge. Provide support on MIS tools for support to various business financial management processes.
WIP Reporting:
Used for production meetings and scheduling.
Financial and Data-Driven Analysis:
Training and support for operations, financial and analytics reporting to help Franchise Members manage their centers effectively.
RightStart Program:
Supporting Franchise Members in utilizing specialized reports for members participating in the RightStart program. Support data mining and retrieval for data for aggregation using the MIS for reporting and data export. Support CoreBridge integration with QuickBooks to ensure accurate financial reporting via training and troubleshooting. Provide transition assistance to new Franchise Member after purchasing an existing franchise business. Provide first-line support to Franchise Members by addressing technical issues and inquiries related to CoreBridge, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance. Guide Franchise Members through the order of operations, including checking the CoreBridge Knowledge Base. Monitor and resolve support tickets created through the Member Hub support case system or via email. QuickBooks Provide technical support for QuickBooks, including reporting, troubleshooting integration issues, workflow guidance, and resolution of user support requests. Provide support for QuickBooks configuration, account mapping, reconciliation processes, and CoreBridge integration workflows through training, troubleshooting, and documentation. Support franchise center ownership transitions, including WIP review, system setup, training coordination, and operational readiness for resale and acquisition activity. Create and maintain documentation, training materials, job aids, and troubleshooting guides for common CoreBridge-to-QuickBooks workflows. Collaborate with software providers and Enterprise Technology teams for advanced system fixes or enhancements. Profit Mastery Support Franchise Members in maintaining accurate and consistent financial and operational data required for reporting, benchmarking, and business system utilization. Assist with data validation, reporting preparation, and financial data quality initiatives in collaboration with Franchise Members, Finance, Enterprise Technology, and business partners. Play a significant role in the annual Operating Ratio Study by supporting data collection, validation, reporting, and coordination activities. Support Profit Mastery and related financial education programs by collaborating with internal teams to improve reporting, resolve data-related issues, and promote accurate financial data management.
Training & Onboarding:
Conduct training sessions for Franchise Members, covering CoreBridge utilization, and business management via MIS process identification and best practices. Assist Franchise Members with the CoreBridge Enrollment Process, including completing the CoreBridge Enrollment Form and supporting set-up and training preparation. General CoreBridge training and support for the following categories: Customer information Costing and pricing Order entry Workflow from estimate to accounts receivable Scheduling Close out procedures
Reporting Communication & Collaboration:
Act as a point of contact for Franchise Members for CoreBridge, QuickBooks, and Profit Mastery inquiries and support. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align system functionalities with business needs. Gather feedback from end-users to recommend system improvements. Competencies Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to translate complex systems into clear, actionable guidance for end users. Ability to understand financial and operational data and explain business system reports and outputs to end users. Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills. Work environment Professional corporate and team-oriented environment Hybrid work schedule with at least 2 days each week in office Physical demands Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times Standard business hours although some overtime may be required to meet deadlines or manage unexpected issues Travel required Minimal travel, less than 10% Minimal travel to corporate office and Franchise Member events Required education and experience Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in business systems support, training, or consulting. Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks. Familiarity with GAAP accounting principles. Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design. Preferred education and experience Preferred experience in franchising or multi-brand environment Advanced proficiency in CoreBridge
