Gainwell Technologies LLC is hiring for the position of Senior Professional System Administrator (Multiple positions Available) In Irving, Texas and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Designing, implementing, and maintaining AWS servers to ensure high availability and performance in virtualized environments. Administering Microsoft O365 and Exchange environments to support organizational communication tools. Managing SAN storage systems, including provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting storage resources. Performing system patching and updates on Windows servers and desktops for security and stability. Configuring and managing MECM for software deployment, patch management, and endpoint protection. Windows server administration, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and GPO management. Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal operation. Responding to cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities using security tools. Creating and maintaining Windows 10/11images and task sequences for deployment (PXE and USB). Collaborating with IT teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements. Developing and maintaining documentation for system configurations, procedures, and best practices. Participating in on-call rotation to provide support for system emergencies and maintenance activities; and staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend infrastructure improvements.
