Skills and experience for the role Must Have Strong Preference A Plus to Have Experience with migrating from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online. X Experience administering and supporting SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive. X Experience with developing solutions in SharePoint Online using out-of-the-box features. X Experience working in and contributing to a team-oriented and collaborative environment that values positive, collegial relationships among co-workers. X Ability to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with Microsoft SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams. X Experience with ShareGate, Powershell, .NET Framework. X Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. X Experience working in a higher education setting. X Experience with ServiceNow. X Experience with developing in Power Platform (PowerAutomate and PowerApps) X
