  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on PACS administration experience in a clinical imaging environment; multi-site, hub-and-spoke, military treatment facility, or large healthcare enterprise experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a PACS-agnostic environment and support multiple PACS vendor platforms, imaging accessories, DICOM viewers, image distribution tools, archives, and migration or upgrade transitions.
  • Strong technical proficiency with DICOM and HL7 standards; familiarity with RIS, EHR, VNA, tele-radiology routing, modality integration, and healthcare interface workflows.
  • Proficiency with Windows Server and desktop environments; working knowledge of Linux; familiarity with databases such as SQL and storage technologies such as SAN/NAS, lifecycle management, and archival strategies.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, routing, bandwidth, and quality-of-service considerations for diagnostic imaging environments.
  • Experience supporting backup/restore, high availability, disaster recovery readiness, system monitoring, and continuity planning for imaging systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, documentation, reporting, and customer support skills.
Pay:
$95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
