Job Description We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Platform Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform administration, CI/CD pipeline support, and environment management and a proven ability to ensure platform stability, security, and reliable release operations . Questions (add to top of resume): Have you personally administered a CRM or CSM production environment in an enterprise environment for at least one year? Have you built, configured, or directly supported CI/CD pipelines?Responsibilities:
Administer and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments (Production, Sandbox, Dev, Test), including configuration and lifecycle management. Manage security roles, users, teams, access controls, and data permissions per enterprise security and compliance standards. Monitor system health, performance, integrations, and availability; identify and address issues proactively. Support deployments and releases, including solution imports/exports, configuration changes, and validation. Partner with development teams to support CI/CD pipelines, environment readiness, and release coordination. Troubleshoot platform, integration, and environment-level issues; collaborate with Microsoft and internal teams as needed. Manage platform configurations including Dataverse settings, solutions, environment variables, connections, and service principals. Maintain documentation for environments, configurations, operational procedures, and runbooks. Support licensing, capacity monitoring (storage, API calls, throughput), and cost optimization. Enforce governance standards to improve consistency, stability, and operational maturity across Dynamics/Power Platform. Participate in on-call or support rotations as required. Promote a strong safety culture and follow all policies, procedures, and regulations.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Dynamics 365 and Power Platform administration across multiple environments, including Dataverse, security models, and solutions. Experience supporting deployments, releases, and environment management. Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 applications such as Customer Service, Sales, or related modules from an administrator perspective. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for platform and integration issues. Experience in Agile/Scrum team environments with effective communication skills. 1+ years administering enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform.Preferred Skills:
Power Platform governance, CoE Toolkit, or automation of administrative tasks. CI/CD tooling for Dynamics/Power Platform (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Power Platform pipelines). Experience with integrations using Azure services, APIs, or third-party platforms. Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications. Experience supporting large, distributed user bases in regulated enterprises. Top Skills forSuccess:
