Bmore Technology is looking for a Systems Administrator to join our service team in White Marsh as our Level 2 escalation point: the person who takes on the complex problems, keeps client networks healthy, and helps our Level 1 team grow. What You'll Do Own the escalations — take on the complex technical problems our Level 1 team hands up, and see them through to resolution Talk directly with clients — explain what's happening in plain language and work toward solutions together Keep client networks healthy — maintain network design and integrity, spot technical risks early, and drive down reactive tickets Shape how we work — help build our Standards Library and contribute to incident-management best practices Coordinate complex projects and mentor teammates along the way Share the on-call rotation for after-hours support Pay & Benefits Salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience, degree(s), and certifications Medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time employees, plus telemedicine access and a Health Savings Account option Work-from-home flexibility based on your needs and the on-call schedule — home base is our White Marsh office 401(k) retirement plan with company matching Quarterly bonuses based on company profitability, plus additional end-of-year bonus opportunities Paid time off and paid holidaysRequirements:
Previous MSP or IT consulting experience — you'll support many different clients with very different environments, and thriving in that variety is a skill of its own 2-3 years of hands-on IT experience with multiple technical certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, networking, or security) Genuine comfort talking with clients — you can walk a non-technical person through a technical problem and make them feel taken care of Advanced troubleshooting instincts — you're the person others hand the hard tickets to A bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is preferred — strong experience and certifications matter most Organization, attention to detail, and self-motivation PI286950980Benefits
