Full Job Description About Us:
Join ESS Companies, Inc., an employee-owned construction firm, where each team member contributes significantly to our collective success. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Vista Systems Support Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in supporting and improving our ERP system.
Your Role:
Enhancing ERP Systems As a Vista Systems Support Specialist at ESS Companies, you will be instrumental in troubleshooting issues, providing training, and collaborating with our Systems Admins and consultants to implement changes and enhancements to our Viewpoint Vista ERP system.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot ERP system issues and provide timely resolutions to support tickets. Assist in Vista by Viewpoint administration tasks. Collaborate on ERP projects such as installations, upgrades, migrations, and data extracts. Ensure data integrity and security aligned with company standards. Diagnose and document ERP hardware and software malfunctions. Maintain and update ERP policies and procedures. Provide basic training and support for various applications. Manage change and release processes for ERP updates and upgrades. Partner with ERP vendors on product enhancements and support cases. Develop expertise as an SME in multiple ERP modules and interfaces. Perform testing, document errors, and recommend ERP system improvements.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with Viewpoint Vista ERP required. Strong technical troubleshooting skills with ERP systems. Experience with Crystal Reports is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to understand business needs and anticipate ERP system requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience in construction accounting and SQL are pluses. Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
