- Fulfill common tasks that facilitate the user account life cycle (Creation, Password Resets, Account Auditing, Off-Boarding)
- Perform installation of diverse types of software packages, troubleshoot installation errors, and create documentation for future use.
- Perform duties associated with daily maintenance of a cloud infrastructure i.e. backups, reviewing logs for possible issues and applying appropriate remediation efforts
- Troubleshoot user issues related to access to environment, trouble using tools in environment, or possible bugs with tools in environment.
- Troubleshoot user issues related to CI/CD processes (Artifactory/Jenkins/Bitbucket)
- Develop custom scripts on small compiled applications based on internal and external customer requests
- Supporting the program, including multitasking, working several complex, and diverse tasks with simultaneous deadlines
- Software tracking to include usage rates and expiration dates
- Available after hours/weekends as needed
- Troubleshoot automation issues related to deployment of environment (Ansible and CloudFormation).

- RHEL) Not much deployment, more operational support and sustainment AWS is a plus IAT II certification (IAT II or higher) Ansible is a plus (can teach)
- most ansible workflows are already configured (ability to the read error code) Hosting Environment for this program (all plusses): JFROG, antifactory Developers inside Jenkins Host Atlassian products Familiarity with administrating/operating Atlassian suite of tools (Jira/Bitbucket/Confluence).
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud resource concepts (EC2,RDS, Cloudwatch, Cloudformation)
- A working understanding of networking principles
- Familiarity with Ansible or Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform
- Familiarity with Splunk administration
- A working knowledge of common system administration concepts
- Experience troubleshooting system issues with product vendors.
