This position provides coordination and oversight of day-to-day operations of the Agency's computer systems and networks.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Associate or bachelor's degree in related field preferred, or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality. Must be flexible and willing to work with occasional changes in scheduling. Primary Job Responsibilities:

Maintain inventory and records for all servers, workstations, mobile devices, printers, and network equipment. Assign and reclaim devices as staff onboard and offboard with the Agency. Plan and process security updates on all servers, hypervisors, and workstations. Coordinate with software providers to support line of business applications. Update IT documentation and guides as the environment changes. Work with vendors on hardware/software quotes and procurement. Perform troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common issues involving networking, computers, printing, etc. Installation and management of security cameras. Complete IT tickets and work requests.
