  • PRIMARY PURPOSE
  • :•To oversee and coordinate administrative support functions for a specified unit.

ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS and
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • + Gathers and reports statistics to support unit performance measures. + Oversees and coordinates administrative support functions and/or activities. + Identifies and resolves problems and issues. + Provides direction, coordination, training and support for unit. + Provides systems administration and/or technical support for unit specific duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • + Performs other duties as assigned. + Supports the organization's quality program(s).
  • SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • + Provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance for two or more colleagues. + Administers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations. + Interviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance reviews.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education & Licensing
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Experience
  • Six (6) years of experience in general office administrative duties or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Skills & Knowledge
  • + Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills + PC literate, including Microsoft Office products + Analytical and interpretive skills + Strong organizational skills + Good interpersonal skills + Ability to work in a team environment + Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
