Job Role:

As a Managed Service Provider Engineer, you will be responsible for: Providing our clients with Level 1, 2, and 3 remote helpdesk support. Executing various projects, including server upgrades, cloud migrations, office relocations, network hardware upgrades, and IT infrastructure build-outs. Conducting onsite client visits within Memphis, TN, and the surrounding areas to deliver Level 1, 2, and 3 support.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience with a Managed Service Provider. Proficiency in administering Windows-based networks. Strong desktop support skills in a Windows environment. Advanced experience in Windows Server administration. Expertise in Active Directory administration. Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking and network services. Ability to independently manage projects and comprehend network management. Strong adherence to directions and procedures. Excellent teamwork skills. Fluency in spoken and written English. At least 5 years of experience in the IT field. Experience with Microsoft Cloud solutions, including Office 365 and Azure.
