Business travel may be required for 3-6 months depending on project needsJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Network Administrator Project Manager to join our Infrastructure Team and support the design, implementation, and management of enterprise network systems.

This role will be responsible for building and maintaining network infrastructure, managing LAN/WAN environments, supporting server operations, and leading infrastructure implementation projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with network technologies, Cisco/Juniper equipment, infrastructure projects, and strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

Job DescriptionInfrastructure Project ManagementPlan, coordinate, and execute infrastructure projects including:

Network upgradesServer migrationsInfrastructure deploymentsSystem integration projectsAnalyze business and technical requirements to design scalable infrastructure solutions.

Coordinate with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, customers, and external vendors.

Create and maintain project documentation, including:

Network architecture diagramsImplementation plansTechnical documentationProvide post-project support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.5+ years of experience in network administration, server operations, or IT infrastructure.

Hands-on experience with WAN circuit provisioning and troubleshooting.

Experience configuring and supporting Cisco or Juniper network devices.

Strong understanding of:

TCP/IPVLANDNSDHCPVPNRouting and SwitchingFirewall technologiesStrong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred QualificationsCertifications such as:

CCNACCNPJNCIAEquivalent networking certificationsExperience with virtualization technologies:

VMwareHyper-VKnowledge of cloud infrastructure:

AWSMicrosoft AzureExperience working in a global or multicultural IT environment.

Korean and English bilingual communication skills preferred.
