This position will involve assisting with receiving servers and workstations, conducting functionality tests, as well as staging and shipping. Their work involves researching, evaluating, building, testing, integrating, and deploying solutions that ensure optimal device performance. This is a full-time position.

401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Essential Job Functions Receive, inspect, and process incoming servers and workstations Perform basic functionality testing and diagnostics Stage, package, and ship equipment accurately and efficiently Assist with inventory organization and warehouse operations Troubleshoot basic hardware issues and escalate when needed Support special projects and product evaluations as assigned Job Qualifications Basic understanding of computer hardware (PC components, servers, or workstations) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow processes and pay close attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 50lbs Preferred Skills (not required) Experience with Dell, HP, Cisco, or similar enterprise hardware Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Education, Experience, and/or Certification Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required 0-1 year of technical or warehouse experience preferred Company Standard Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with Teksavers staff and others contacted in the course of work Ability to assume responsibility and exercise good judgment in making decisions within the scope of authority of the position Ability to readily adapt to changing priorities and take direction from more than one staff member Ability to think and work effectively under pressure and accurately complete tasks within established times Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, meet multiple deadlines and ensure that work is accomplished in the time frames required Ability to be highly organized and provide careful attention to detail and accuracy Ability to exercise individual initiative and discretion in confidential matters and to respect confidential matters Physical Demands and Working Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
