This position serves as a key liaison within Enrollment Management and Student Affairs to help departments leverage available systems and processes to enhance operational effectiveness, student engagement, and service delivery. This position focuses on ensuring that systems and tools are utilized effectively to support student success and institutional goals. A Presidential Proclamation issued on September 19, 2025, imposes a $100,000 fee on all new H‑1B petitions filed after September 21, 2025, and Texas A&M University-Central Texas will not pay this fee. Additionally, a moratorium issued by Governor Abbott on January 27, 2026, restricts the filing of new H‑1B petitions unless approved by the Texas Workforce Commission. Responsibilities Serve as a primary resource for Enrollment Management and Student Affairs departments in the effective use of enrollment-related technologies, communication platforms, and student success tools. Collaborate with functional departments to identify operational needs, document business processes, and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, student engagement, and service delivery. Support the maintenance and ongoing utilization of enrollment and student success technologies by coordinating workflows, communications, user feedback, and process improvements. Assist with the development and management of communication campaigns, automated outreach, and student engagement initiatives through CRM and other enrollment-related systems. Monitor and maintain data quality by conducting routine reviews, identifying discrepancies, and working with stakeholders to promote accurate and consistent data practices. Develop reports, dashboards, and usage metrics that support effective utilization of enrollment systems. Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and process documentation to support consistent utilization of enrollment systems and technologies. Provide training, guidance, and day-to-day support to system users, promoting effective adoption of technologies and established business processes. Coordinate with Information Technology, institutional partners, and external vendors to communicate functional needs, support system enhancements, and address user concerns. Stay informed of emerging practices and technologies related to enrollment management and student success and recommend opportunities to improve operations and student outcomes.
