Type:
full-time Pinnacle Government Consulting, Inc. is seeking experienced and certified Records and Information/Knowledge Management Systems Administrators with extensive experience managing Microsoft (M365) and Point Online projects. The individual in this position will play a pivotal role in assessing, implementing, and managing process improvements and compliance efforts focused on administering a Department of Defense (DoD) Component's Records and Information Management program based on National Archives Records and Administration (NARA) and DoD requirements and other applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities (IT/Purview) Participate in the development and execution of business process improvement efforts, including: identification of client needs; constructing project plans; assessing current laws and regulations; evaluating risks and benefits; documenting process flows; recommending and designing solutions; and implementing improvements. Manage and execute day-to-day program activities, including: identifying, documenting, and assessing requirements and risks; interfacing with customers and IT personnel; administering and providing subject matter expertise on applications; performing data analysis; and completing and reviewing work products to ensure timeliness and completeness in accordance with requirements. Review and interpret Federal policies and assist in the implementation of those polices at the client Component level. Lead and execute project activities related to establishing and improving customer M365 environments, including addressing records management and data governance in Point Online, custom Point applications, and other locations. Assist in the development and implementation of specific process controls and database management tools for records management, with a focus on electronic document management, retention, and disposition. Manage and execute program activities, including: documenting and following standard operating procedures, tracking and reporting metrics, performing systems record entry, and executing tasks. Construct high-quality deliverables and briefings, ensuring that deliverables are properly formatted and produced according to specifications. Develop, implement, and administer business systems and tools. Participate in company building activities including proposal development, constructing white papers, and contributing to internal company initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. At least four years of related work experience. Active Security Clearance. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently with the ability to adapt quickly to dynamic work environments. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Point Online, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Meet requirements for DoD 8140 IT administrator roles. Preferred Qualifications Management consulting experience. Experience leading and participating in compliance assessments. Ability to construct and coordinate business systems requirements. Experience with administering records management applications. Experience designing, developing, and maintaining workflow applications and process automation solutions using Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and related services. Experience administering and configuring Point to build automated workflows, executing file migrations, managing document libraries and files, establishing permissions, and supporting effective information management and collaboration. Microsoft 365 Certification, e.g., Developer Associate, Power Platform, or Administrator. Experience in electronic records management applications, e.g., OpenText, Content Manager, TRIM, and/or MS Purview. Experience in Power BI, Tableau, gate, and other data governance and analysis tools. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$104,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
Additional Compensation:
Eligible employees may be considered for discretionary annual bonus, and discretionary profit-sharing opportunities.
