This role will deliver secure printing capability across all client locations and security enclaves providing comprehensive lifecycle management for all enterprise printing devices, ensuring they are secure, available, and effectively managed to meet user and mission requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Active Top Secret clearance or higher 3-5 years of experience supporting, maintaining, or administering enterprise printing devices or comparable equipment Experience with device deployment, setup, and sustainment in a managed enterprise environment Ability to diagnose and resolve device faults, print quality issues, and paper handling problems Understanding of asset lifecycle management including receipt, inventory, tracking, refresh, and removal Experience working within a ticketing or work order system and documenting work to an auditable standard Ability to follow strict site access and equipment handling procedures Effective communicator, able to support end users at varying levels of technical proficiency Ability to lift and move equipment, and to relocate devices between spaces and facilities Self-directed, with the ability to manage a daily workload across multiple locations
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deploy, install, and sustain enterprise print devices across all client locations and security enclaves Maintain device availability through preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and vendor escalation Perform lifecycle management including receipt, deployment, tracking, refresh, and removal of devices Maintain accurate asset records including location, serial data, configuration, and status Execute printer relocations, installations, and removals in accordance with site procedures Manage consumables at assigned locations including stock levels, replenishment, and handling of used components in accordance with client procedures Respond to and resolve assigned tickets within client service metrics, documenting actions taken Provide end user support and basic training on device operation Escalate unresolved issues to the Print Management Lead or to manufacturer support with clear documentation Support recurring reporting by providing accurate fleet and ticket data Comply with all client access policies, enclave-specific procedures, and equipment handling requirements
PREFERRED TS/SCI
clearance, with or without polygraph Experience supporting print or facility services across multiple secure facilities Familiarity with ticketing and work order systems Familiarity with print management or fleet reporting software Manufacturer certifications on Xerox, HP, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Canon, or Lexmark devices Experience with high-volume production print equipment
