Job Responsibilities:

Windows Infrastructure:

Deploy, configure and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022). Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP. Administer Microsoft 365 and related services. Perform patching, updates and vulnerability remediation. Troubleshoot complex Windows system issues.

AWS Cloud And VM Services:

Build and manage Windows workloads on AWS (EC2, RDS, FSx). Configure and maintain AWS Directory Service. Implement cloud infrastructure using CloudFormation or Terraform. Manage IAM roles, policies and security groups. Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization. Understanding of security vulnerabilities/compliance. Develop automation using PowerShell and AWS CLI. Familiar with VMware or virtualization platforms.

Required Skills:

Microsoft certifications (MCSE, Azure Hybrid Administrator or equivalent). AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Associate/Professional or SysOps Administrator). 5+ years experience in Windows engineering. 3+ years hands-on AWS experience. 2+ years in a technical leadership or lead engineer role. PowerShell scripting and automation. Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Outstanding communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering business value.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in related field or + 4 years of related experience.
