The contractor shall install new hardware and software; create and manage user accounts; maintain computer systems such as servers; and properly respond to system outages and other various problems. Additional responsibilities include light de-bug or scripting to make the system workflows easier, and training computer users and assistants. The contractor shall resolve problems and issues with the computer and server systems to limit disruptions. The contractor may be called to participate in research and development to improve and to meet the evolving needs of the customer.
