JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Ensures that the company's computer systems function in a proper and efficient manner. Troubleshoots all existing hardware and software applications as necessary. Meets established standards for productivity and quality. Confers with supervisor when problems arise, which impact expected level of performance. Support all electronic products including, Servers, Firewalls, Printers, Phones, Routers, Switches, Plotters, Copiers, phones, cameras, PCs, Laptops, Warehouse equipment, accessories, and more.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES 1

year experience in troubleshooting computer systems, preferably in a PC environment. Computer Certification desired.
