Job Description
Robert Half is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support a client in the manufacturing industry with a critical Active Directory hardening initiative. This role will be heavily focused on the administration, security, and hardening of the organization's on-premises Active Directory environment.
The ideal candidate will bring deep, hands-on Active Directory expertise, particularly with Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS/PKI) and Kerberos configuration. This position will primarily support project-based Active Directory initiatives rather than general day-to-day systems administration.
Execute Active Directory security and hardening initiatives to strengthen the organization's infrastructure.
Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS) and PKI.Configure and troubleshoot Kerberos authentication within the Active Directory environment.
Identify and remediate Active Directory security vulnerabilities and configuration issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Active Directory-related issues and tickets.
Support upcoming projects and initiatives related to Active Directory hardening, authentication, and security.
Maintain and support the organization's Microsoft-based infrastructure.
Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting as needed.
Support Active Directory changes associated with employee onboarding, offboarding, and account modifications.
Partner with internal technical teams to ensure Active Directory configurations align with security and infrastructure best practices.
