Tacoma, WA Comp Range:
$90,000-120,000 A well-established, internationally operating organization is seeking an experienced HRIS System Administrator to lead a high-impact HR systems migration project. This position will play a key role in transitioning the company's HR platform from Paycom to ADP , ensuring a seamless implementation, accurate data migration, and a strong foundation for future HR operations. Working closely with HR and IT leadership, you will oversee system configuration, data validation, and implementation activities to ensure a successful migration to ADP. Key Responsibilities Lead the migration of HR systems from Paycom to ADP Manage and validate employee data transfers to ensure accuracy and completeness Configure and optimize ADP to meet organizational needs and support long-term scalability Audit, cleanse, and organize HR data to improve system integrity and reporting capabilities Partner with HR leadership and internal stakeholders to identify process improvements and resolve system gaps Troubleshoot data and system issues during implementation and post-go-live activities Document system configurations, workflows, and best practices Support user adoption and ongoing system administration efforts Required Experience supporting HRIS implementations, system migrations, or major HR technology projects Experience with Paycom , ADP , or both platforms Background in data migration, testing, and system optimization #LI-EM1 #
