In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the critical infrastructure that supports our business operations, including servers, virtualization platforms, cloud environments, storage systems, and user security. You'll work closely with employees and IT teammates to troubleshoot issues, implement new technologies, enhance system performance, and support cybersecurity initiatives. From Azure, Microsoft 365, VMware, Nutanix, and Citrix administration to disaster recovery planning and mobile device management, you'll play a key role in ensuring our technology remains secure, reliable, and ready to support the evolving needs of the construction industry. The anticipated salary range for this position is $52,000 - $64,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred) or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of systems administration experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
Experience administering virtualized environments such as VMware, Nutanix AHV, or similar platforms.
Strong systems administration background in a Microsoft environment.
Experience with Azure administration, including Exchange, Entra ID, licensing, and security.
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Nutanix, AHV, or similar).
Experience with Intune and endpoint management.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Desire to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies. Nice to Have VMware certifications or other systems administration certifications.
Microsoft certifications related to Azure, M365, or server administration.
Linux administration experience.
Citrix administration experience.
SQL administration experience.
Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
Experience administering BeyondTrust PAM and PasswordSafe solutions.
Experience managing Azure Storage and Nasuni technologies.
Experience supporting AV conference room equipment.
Previous construction, engineering, or industrial industry experience.
Advanced scripting and automation experience.
Experience documenting IT infrastructure and developing technical standards and best practices Unsolicited Correspondence
