Akkodis is seeking a Network Administrator for a Contract with a client in Brookfield, WI. The ideal candidate is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, and WAN connectivity.

Rate Range:

$32/hour to $34/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Network Administrator Job Responsibilities include:

Monitor, support, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, including Routing & Switching environments, to ensure optimal network performance and availability. Configure, administer, and maintain Firewalls, Load Balancers, and SD-WAN solutions across the enterprise network. Perform packet capture and network traffic analysis using tools such as Wireshark to identify and resolve connectivity and performance issues. Analyze network logs and monitoring data using Splunk or similar tools to proactively detect, diagnose, and mitigate network incidents. Coordinate with telecommunication providers and circuit vendors to support WAN connectivity, service delivery, and issue resolution. Document network issues, solutions, and configurations while collaborating with stakeholders to maintain a stable and secure network environment.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Network Operations/Support within a medium to large enterprise environment. Strong expertise in Routing & Switching, Firewalls, Load Balancers, SD-WAN, and enterprise network troubleshooting. Mandatory CCNA certification with proficiency in packet capture, network analysis (Wireshark), and log monitoring tools such as Splunk. If you are interested in this role, then please click
